Due to the customization of products, K. Chanel and Company does not allow any exchanges or refunds.  ONLY items damaged during shipping will be CONSIDERED for an exchange or refund. Please see the DAMAGES AND ISSUES section.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You much contact us at kchanelcompany@gmail.com WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE USPS/UPS DELIVERY DATE, if an item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and make it right. ONLY the damaged item(s) will be considered for refund, not the entire order.

Shipping cost are non-refundable in all circumstances.
